Like biting into a perfectly ripe plum, this intense red is bold and juicy layered with subtle spice and smoothness from oak aging with a long and savory finish.

Angel funding helped Jim harvest Grenache from a family-owned vineyard in Paso Robles. Hand picking the grapes at night gave them a cool start to capture concentrated flavors to make this dark full-bodied red.

A charcuterie plate with cured meats, cheeses, especially feta and olives is my favorite pairing. It is also well-paired with grilled salmon dishes and Cioppino.
