Serving advice
I recommend opening my Hero Cabernet Merlot (and decanting if possible) approximately 2-3 hours prior to serving.
Ideal serving temperature is 14-18°C / 57-65oF.

My 2022 Hero Cabernet Merlot is really versatile and partners very well to most savoury foods. It is just delicious paired alongside a beef pot roast, braised lamb shanks, roasted veg pizza with tapenade, or pasta with a mushroom and garlic ragu.
