About the wine
Signature smooth Pinot
- Sonoma's Russian River Valley is famous for producing lush and juicy Pinot Noir and Daniel went to two unique vineyards to bring you a deliciously complex red.
- Cherry and raspberry flavors are topped with warm spice for a long, smooth finish in this delicate Pinot.
- This Pinot can be aged for at least 10 years but if you simply can't wait, we recommend aerating before enjoying.
Best before
This wine will be delicious upon release and will also improve with 3 to 4 years of aging under proper cellar conditions of 50 - 55°F.
Serving advice
This wine will be fine straight from the bottle and will blossom with aeration
Food match
I would pair this Pinot with a roasted Rosie chicken and duck fat roasted Yukon gold potatoes.
