- Evangelos wanted to feature the big bold reds Lodi makes best, so he blended Zinfandel, Merlot, Petite Sirah, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The gang’s all here and it’s a real party.
- While this red is perfectly sippable on its own — it’s the secret sauce to some BBQ spare ribs.
