- Wayne is the former head winemaker responsible for Domaine Chandon's bubbly. As in Moët & Chandon. He makes bubbles exclusively for you now.
- Wayne knows how to make the world's finest bubbly, but it's exceptionally expensive to go into sparkling winemaking on your own, so he's always had to work for big companies with prestigious brands...
- ...until Angels funded his exclusive range of California sparkling wine. Now it sells as fast as he can produce it and he's free to make wines the way they deserve to be made — instead of being bound to some big company's "brand image."
