About the wine
An elegant return to NZ Pinot
- Nicky's Pinot is back and better than ever, an elegant red hailing from North Canterbury – her preferred region thanks to its cool climate and limestone-clay soils.
- Filled with aromatic cherry, plum, and a touch of warm spice, this red is vibrant and complex, delicious when paired with your favorite roasted dish.
- This Pinot marks a return nearly 10 years in the making. Nicky’s last Pinot Noir left our shelves all the way back in 2018, but this latest bottling is the homecoming we’ve all been waiting for.
Best before
It's wonderful now but this will age well for up to 8 years
Serving advice
Open about 30 minutes before serving and serve just below room temperature
Food match
Our family favorite is the Pinot Noir Soaked Brisket Burger here: https://www.nakedwines.com/wall/single_view?threadId=543353098. But any roasted meat will pair deliciously as well.

- Making wine from the Waipara Valley, situated in North Canterbury on the South Island of NZ. Nicky's winemaking passions are crisp whites and Pinot Noir.
- For 10 years they grew grapes for the best producers in New Zealand (like Pegasus Bay), but a few years ago, they put their own name on the grapes when the vines hit their peak. Now Angels are helping Nicky and Peter continue their Dunnolly dream!
