About the wine
Elegant and lively New Zealand white - by your father-daughter duo!
- This is classy cool-climate Pinot Gris with the benefit of a lovely, warm 2018 summer. It's got every New Zealand trademark – fresh, crisp, dancing with zesty fruit.
- Harvested from the Waipara region, Nicky & Peter's crisp white is fresh and full of personality, with loads of juicy apricot and pear flavors in the glass.
- We say it a lot (but it's true) great wines are made in teeny tiny quantities, and this Parish Pinot Gris is no exception. Stock up on a few special bottles from a gorgeous harvest – while you have the chance!
Best before
This wine will be great for the next 5 years. Drinking it best in the next year but will age well.
Serving advice
Please serve slightly chilled.
Food match
This is an amazing antipasto wine, sharing a loaded fresh summer platter with friends & family is the way we like to enjoy this wine. Cheeses like a gooey aged Brie or creamy Blue, topped with candied walnuts on some lovely crisp oat cracker with apple slices. Absolutely delicious – Enjoy!

- Meet Nicky and Peter... Nicky is the winemaker and Peter is the grower. They are father and daughter – and combined, they have over 50 years of experience in the wine industry.
- Making wine from the Waipara Valley, situated in North Canterbury on the South Island of NZ. Nicky's winemaking passions are crisp whites and Pinot Noir.
- For 10 years they grew grapes for the best producers in New Zealand (like Pegasus Bay), but a few years ago, they put their own name on the grapes when the vines hit their peak. Now Angels are helping Nicky and Peter continue their Dunnolly dream!
