Best before
No need to age this wine as it's meant to be enjoyed in its youth, though the oak-aging gives it just enough structure to reward short-term [3-5 years] cellaring. I'll be holding onto a few bottles for much longer, i.e. 10+ years to allow complex aromas and flavors to develop over time.
Serving advice
Make sure you serve this wine at cellar [65ºF] temperature rather than room temperatures to help it show its best.
