Thanks to Angel funding, David combined Zinfandel, Cabernet Sauvignon and a smidge of Malbec, resulting in the perfect balance of complexity and sweetness. “Much like a lock and key, it just seems to fit,” he says.
“I think there is always room for a touch of sweetness in life and this wine fits the bill,” David says. Sip this chilled red on its own – or better yet, pair with spicy Asian BBQ – and you’re all set!

Meet the winemaker - David Akiyoshi
