About the wine
Sumptuous South African Shiraz
- This is a big, dark, dense Shiraz packed with intense flavors like blackberry, plum, coffee and a touch of black pepper.
- With your funding, Carmen worked with two top-tier vineyard blocks in Paarl to bring you a complex, multidimensional red.
- Shiraz can stand up to BIG flavors, so you can pair this with nearly anything – aged cheeses like Gouda, burgers, pizzas and pulled pork come to mind.
Best before
This is delicious now, but will also drink beautifully in 3-7 years.
