Brothers Miller French Camp Vineyards Old World Blend 2017
About the wine
Old-world red blend from one of Paso's most renowned vineyards
- For this rustic, Italian-inspired red, the brothers blended together grapes like Barbera, Legrein, Valdiguié to coax out rich, dark berry flavors and a smooth, velvety finish that does Paso proud.
- Brothers Nicholas and Marshall Miller are carrying on their family’s legacy at French Camp, the vineyard that helped put Paso Robles on the map. As the latest generation of owners, they knew exactly which vines to hit for the most intensely flavored fruit. For this red, they chose grapes from slopes with the best soil and sunshine, where the fruit benefits from a little extra kick of brightness.
- This deliciously intense, full-bodied red has a HUGE appetite for robust pasta dishes. Carve out some time to slow cook an Italian sausage ragu and a small mountain of fresh pasta, then bring this bottle to dinner.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Nicholas & Marshall Miller
Brothers Nicholas and Marshall Miller are 5th generation farmers, and they’ve tended to the most famous vineyards along the California coast – Bien Nacido and French Camp – practically since birth.
Seriously, put those vineyards’ names in an internet browser. Hundreds of famous and pricey wines pop up – but none have the Miller name on the bottle. Why? When you have famous fruit like theirs, it’s promised to other winemakers years in advance…
With your funding, they signed a new contract – with themselves. Now, these grape growers-turned-producers are making their own wines from the coastal land they love so dearly – including Santa Barbara and Paso Robles. This is what Angel support is all about!
