About the wine

Best before
This crisp French white can be enjoyed young, though Benjamin suggests holding on to it if you can, as it'll evolve perfectly for up to 5-8 years.
Serving advice
Open it at least 10 minutes before serving and chill it to about 60°F.
Food match
Pairs wonderfully with Gougères and other crisp, cheesy nibbles, or with all kinds of raw shellfish, especially oysters. Other pairings include simply cooked shellfish, snails or prawns - especially with garlic butter.
