About the wine
From a small French village with a big red secret
- Juicy and fun, like catching blackberries on your tongue. This is a classic French combo: Rich Syrah, a big dollop of Grenache and Mourvedre.
- With your support, Ben harvests great old vine grapes along the ridges of Roussillon – halfway between the coast and the Spanish border. It's a top-shelf find that should get more clout, but Roussillon (Roo-see-yawn) is still a bit hidden.
- To make the most of this blend, Ben recommends decanting it for 1-2 hours before drinking – give this wine a little time to breathe, and oof. You're in.
