About the wine
Taking Sonoma Pinot down to its classic brass tacks
With bright fruit, clean structure and aging power, this Pinot sends you to the cool, foggy and iconic hillsides of the Sonoma Coast. You can drink it now, tomorrow, or in 10 years.
Exposed to intense winds and fog, the Sonoma Coast is a bit hard on grapes. They develop thicker skins and take every ounce of sunlight they can get. That's a good thing! It's what brings bright zing to this Pinot - it's not an overpowering fruit bomb.
Your Sonoma pro Ashley has spent nearly 20 years making wines at famed wineries like Mauritson, Amista and Bacigalupi. Now she’s making a classic, cool-climate Pinot – just for you.
Best before
This wine is drinking quite well now but will age up to 5 years.
Serving advice
I like to put this wine in the fridge for 30 minutes before drinking, then pull it out, enjoy the first glass cold and continue to enjoy it as it warms up.
Food match
I love to have this Pinot Noir with oven-roasted salmon and burst cherry tomatoes.
Contains sulphites
