About the wine
A Portuguese-inspired red with West Coast flair
- This fruit-forward, full-bodied red is flush with dark fruit flavors like blackberry and plum, finishing with a soft barrel-aged spice and a long, velvety finish.
- Thanks to Angel funding, Ana sourced Touriga Nacional from a tiny parcel growing deep in California's Sierra Foothills, where it thrives in the Mediterranean climate.

Best before
Since this wine presents a distinguished tannin profile and has excellent natural acidity, it will age in your cellar for a long time. I'd dare to say up to 10-15 years!
Serving advice
Please open it one to two hours before you intend to drink it so all the flavors can fully emerge and soften those powerful tannins. Ideally, decant for at least one hour so that all its unique aromas can fully be experienced. But please, pour yourself a healthy glass to sip and see how it opens over time.
Food match
A rich cheese, as a Stilton/Roquefort/Gorgonzola...a match made in heaven! And please, don't forget the (fresh) bread!! I also enjoy it with roasted duck or a homemade spaghetti carbonara.
