Mouthwatering and juicy Rosé from premium California vines
- Derek, your Angel-funded winemaker, says: " I love searching out unique vineyards, getting to know the land and vines." His latest bit of wine wanderlust brought him to the central coast of California for this super juicy Rosé.
- This Rosé is harvested from world-class Pinot Noir vineyards in the Santa Lucia Highlands, a region covered in cooling fog that glides in from nearby Monterey Bay. Its cool temps and long growing season making SL prime for growing wines that pack a punch of bright color and flavor.
- Full of bright berry, citrus, and floral aromas (thanks to months in French Oak), this wine is the perfect pair for a buttery plate of fresh fish and a day by the sea.

Serve slightly chilled - but not too cold. This wine can benefit from a bit of air, allowing its complex aromas to evolve in the glass.
Food match
BBQ meats, lobster, seared salmon, tuna or duck and delicately cooked rare lamb. Good too with white-rinded cheeses such as Camembert and Brie.
