Best before
I'd hold on to this for at least a few weeks after shipment, if at all possible. It would best be enjoyed 6months to 2 years after receiving!
Serving advice
I'd open this one up and let it decant either in the bottle or in a glass decanter. You could also run it through your naked aerator.
Food match
This would go with just about anything, if you're vegetarian it would go with a hearty pasta dish and if you're a carnivore any delicious cut of meat would be delightful. I love hearing all about your food pairings, so post away.

Meet the winemaker - Alex Farber
- Alex's first job out of winemaking school was for a famous Napa Valley winery. She absorbed its classic traditions and techniques, but she knew her own dream – to make classic wines joyous and modern – would be years away.
- Most young winemakers have to work 10, 15, even 20 years to earn a Winemaker title. Alex's big dreams weren't going to wait, so she asked Angels for a jumpstart, and they launched her into the big leagues.
- It was a clever investment. Not only is Alex one of Naked's top winemakers, she's earned Best in Class, Double Gold and Gold medals for her independent wines produced with your support. And she's just getting started!
