"Hi Angels!
I have been making wine for 35 years, working in wineries such as Krondorf in the Barossa, Saltram, Peter Lehman, Kaiser Stuhl and working with Penfolds between 1982 - 1989. I am proud to say that my 1986 Penfolds Grange was arguably one of the top 3 Granges ever made and some of my wines were even served at the Oscars and Emmys two years in a row!
I only make wines that I personally love to drink and love to make... my Aussie wines come from my own vineyards, planted by mine and my sister in law's families - so in this sense I have full control over the whole process!
I LOVE making (and drinking) Shiraz... It's silky, sexy and simply delicious. I appreciate the personality of all the different styles but I think Shiraz offers the greatest value of all red wines. I love to make wine but even more so I love people drinking and enjoying my wine.
With the Angels' support I have been able to put the best resources into making quality wine exclusively for you. I can select the best barrels I need and farm to the highest quality.
