When can I use the money in my Angel Account?
It's up to you! The money that sits in your Angel Account is yours to spend. Use it on any wine you'd like, whenever you'd like.
Why do you ask for money up front?
This allows us to support independent winemaker directly - like helping them source the best grapes or financing distribution. This way they can focus fully on making you the best wine possible, and because it also saves money for the winemaker we pass the savings back to you.
What benefits do I get?
Thanks to the Naked Wines model our members (we call them Angels) get access to our unique, award-winning wines up to 60% off market prices, a monthly gift bottle from one of our winemakers, and more...
Can I get my money back?
No, but any unspent balance in your Angel Account is yours to spend forever. So if you need a break for a few months, or even longer, it will still be here waiting for you when you come back.
Can I adjust my monthly deposit?
Yes - just head over to the Angel Account settings to adjust your amount.
Will I get wine sent to me every month?
No - once you are ready to place a 2nd order you can use your Angel Account balance to choose anything that fit your tastes from our full range of wines.
