About the wine

Best before
I think this Pinot will only get better with a little bottle age. But honestly, I don't know how you could be so restrained and delay opening a bottle as soon as it arrives.
Serving advice
Rational F. Stephen says to open up a bottle about 30 minutes before tasting. But I'm not always that rational.
Food match
Our current fav is to enjoy grilled salmon from our Weber weekly. We set it up with a misting of organic olive oil to which we add a fresh cut lemon slice and a generous pat of Kerry Gold Irish butter. In the interest of doing some actual work making this dish I brush the salmon while the butter melts with a Rosemary brush harvested right from the garden. My glass of Angels Reserve Pinot is always right by my side.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
