- Stephen’s sumptuously smooth red blend is loaded with deep, dark fruit flavors of juicy blackberry and raspberry, with a soul-warming touch of spice on its deliciously long, lingering finish.
- Your support helped Stephen craft this delectable red using a medley of Zinfandel, Merlot and Syrah mingled with smaller lots of Touriga, Barbera and Malbec from a 37-year-old Calaveras vineyard, where older vines yield fruit that’s flush with spellbinding complexity and depth.
- For an added layer of luxury, Stephen gave this red a generous 10 months of gentle aging in lavish French and American oak barrels. This one-of-a-kind blend is a truly unique creation from your 3-time Winemaker of the Year – and all yours to enjoy!

For the fullest, deepest flavors be sure to give this red about 45 minutes or so to breathe and open up after first opening your bottle.

"This year we've had to stay home quite a bit," Stephen says. "So I've had time to work on the garden. I'm looking forward to trying this wine with one of my garden grown favorites: grilled sliced eggplant topped with tomato and melted cheese with a sprinkling of chopped basil. Who could ask for anything more?"

- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
