- Spotted at a wine fair in France, this was THE standout wine amongst thousands. Made from 5 different white regional white varieties, it is crisp, dry and pretty damned fly!
- Cyril and Julie Laudet, the couple behind this wine, were somewhat pleased to see us. They wanted to be a little more adventurous but needed Angel funding to reduce the risk. The result was this delicious wine.
- Fabulous with seafood but an absolute dream with a Sunday roast chicken with all the trimmings.
