Really enjoyed this wine. I drank it over a few days, pairing it with homemade chicken noodle soup one day, tacos another, and just sipping on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving as j did puzzles. Some citrus, but not too overwhelming. A medium body wine. It wasn’t too light nor too heavy.

Loved this wine!! Paired it with a beef roast and potatoes for Thanksgiving, then grilled tofu and quinoa the next night. Two very different meals and both worked! this medium of full body wine pairs well with heavy foods. I would definitely pair with anything beef and vegetables. The tofu and quinoa was a nice surprise, but I think because it had heavier sauce. It worked really well. a bit fruity try but not too dry

A nice comforting wine. the tiniest bit dry, but super fruity and juicy. I tasted lots of berry flavors and it paired really well with chocolate.

I completely meant to enjoy this for New Years, but i fell asleep! have no party planned. I was relying on my eight-year-old to attempt to stay up and keep me up. Full disclosure he didn’t 😂. So my boyfriend woke me up to say happy new year and then i went back to sleep. This means I enjoyed this sparkling wine after new year when I took a week off work. if you’re just one person, you can drink it over two days if you have a vacuum sealer to remove the air from the bottle. A dry wine with some hints of grape, but overall a nice fruitiness. The bubbles flow smoothly and encourage me to drink more! Definitely a must for my wine cooler for special occasions (like a week off work 😉)

I found this a nice medium to full bodied wine. Paired really well with Detroit style pizza from a local pizza place in Fl. Note that it is impossible to find good NY style pizza outside NYC, so while the wine worked with the NY style pizza, it would have been a better match if the pizza was good! This wine really stood out with the Girl Scout cookie Samoa ice cream that is handmade at my favorite ice cream shop. The chocolate, caramel and coconut flavors worked really well with the deep rich flavors of the wine. A tad but of grape and on the dryer side. Definitely pair with heavier foods.

Update April 2024. Paired with Indian food and I was very pleased! The crisp flavor blended well with gobi manchuria and samosas! Original review: A nice crisp wine. Light to medium bodied. I taste some lots of citrus flavor. I would paid with sushi or another seafood dish. Also good for relaxing after a busy day working outside in the garden. Make sure to chill well and then sip as it warms to enjoy the flavors that come out!

Updated 7/12/2024. Drinking this wind over multiple days continues to be the best way to enjoy! Pair with cheese snd crackers, a nice kielbasa or a rare steak. Delicious!! A nice smooth, fruity red. Definitely give this a little time to breathe and you will be rewarded. It was best the 3rd day of sipping. Paired well with homemade Mac & cheese, chicken soup, cheez-its and chocolate!

Nice and smooth with a little fruity flavor. Paired well with grilled cheese as well. Fruit forward and medium bodied. In keeping with the Girl Scout cookie pairings since it's cookie season, I would pair this with do si dos!
