About the wine
Lightly-sparkling Italian bubbly dripping with bright, juicy fruits
- This Italian strawberries-and-cream dream is as fun to drink as it is gorgeous! Your Frizzante – lightly sparkling wine – is toppling over with tons of ripe berry fruits and elegant, tongue-tingling bubbles.
- Paolo harvested exquisite Pinot Nero grapes from the mountain-ringed Delle Venezie region, where the cool climate helps lock in bright and juicy fruit flavors. Perfect for zesty bubbly!
- This Frizzante’s just calling for freshly-baked focaccia or a scoop of gelato! Using a standard corkscrew opener, twist out the cork, pour, and sift away into Italian bliss...

Serving advice
Serve chilled, around 43-46°F. Also - although the cork has a little bit of a different look, this wine opens using a standard corkscrew opener. Simply detach the securing string, insert corkscrew into the center of cork, and twist to remove. Although this wine is lightly sparkling, friendly reminder to please avoid shaking the bottle.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Paolo Sacchetto
- Paolo Sacchetto is the third generation of his family to make Italian white wine, and it's what he was meant to do ever since he popped out into the world.
When you hear the phrase 'family business,' this time it's not just marketing clap trap. His 78-year-old father still turns up to work every day, and there are cousins and siblings working in virtually every nook and cranny of the winery his grandfather founded.
While Paolo specializes in Prosecco, he's got a few pet projects in the back of the house and thanks to Angel funding we've been able to bring those small production dreams to life.
