Best before
The wine has enough structure that it will age well over the next 2-4 years, but for me the pleasure will be in drinking it over the next 1-2 years and enjoying the burst of primary fruit flavor which characterizes the wine now.
Serving advice
Serve at a coolish room temperature of say around 60-64ºF.
Food match
This is a pretty versatile red wine. Enjoy it with any barbecued red meats. It's a great wine to have in the glass while you stand at the barbie chatting with friends and family.
