Rob McNeill California Brut NV 1.5L Magnum
About the wine
Indulge in a 1.5L Magnum of glorious sparkling, perfect for any celebration!
- This sparkling Brut is an elegant, fresh medley of bright fruit flavors like crisp green apple and pear, rounded out with a zesty splash of citrus and a clean, lip-smacking finish.
- Winemaker Rob McNeill crafted this double-sized bottle of decadent Brut using the Charmat method (the same way they make Italy’s famous Prosecco) to bring you a wine that’s “straightforward and fruity,” Rob says, with the freshest flavors possible.
- After 35 years making the wines for some of California’s most well-known sparkling wine houses like Mumm Napa, Rob joined Naked to make his very own line of elegant, world-class bubblies, like this celebration-worthy Magnum of Brut, just for you!
Best before
This is a wine to drink within a year so the fruit flavors are at their freshest.
Serving advice
Never point the cork at anybody while opening. Once the wire hood is unwound, always keep your hand on the cork. If the cork breaks during opening, never use a cork screw as this may cause the bottle to explode. Saber opening at your own risk. Safety glasses are a must.
Food match
Sparkling wines can go with a variety of food because they are lower in alcohol, have less oak, and have an assertive acidity. For breakfast, make a mimosa and enjoy with an omelet and a slice of melon. A snack? Potato chips work, as the salt and acidity of the bubbly work together. For lunch, perhaps try a nice veggie salad with goat cheese. For dinner, sparkling goes well with fish and the "white" meat of chicken.
