- This light, bright sparkling wine is an easy-sipping traditional Spanish delight, buzzing with crisp apple flavors, a tangy touch of citrus and a tastebud-tingling mouthful of refined bubbles.
- Thanks to Angel like you, Franck had the funding to blend Xarel-Lo, Macabeo and Parellada, a trio of classic Spanish white grape varieties, from his choice of sustainably-farmed vineyards tended exclusively by hand and harvested at their ripest moment for the fullest, freshest flavors possible.
- Made using the same method as high-end French sparkling, think of cava like the Champagne of Spain without all the pomp. This easy-sipper is the perfect pairing both for special occasions and for cozying up with a glass any old weeknight.

This sparkling wine is lively and refreshing, an ideal aperitif which can also complement seafood dishes, or a paella. Locally it would be seafood paella but also consider seafood in general. - Top sommelier-turned-winemaker, Mr. Massard is shaking up the little-known region of Montsant. Using modern winemaking methods, Franck's taking this wine region into a new stratosphere of quality.
