A full-finish red like this is great with an extravagant meal – but Evangelos says it’s just as incredible with a smoked turkey sandwich from your favorite deli. Order up!
Best before
The wine will drink great for another 5 -10 years. I'd say perfect in 2-3 years... but I couldn't wait that long. It tastes great now!
Serving advice
Make sure to aerate/decant this Reserve for at least half an hour before sipping. The wine will still be young and needs some air.
Food match
My personal favorite pairing is a smoked turkey sandwich from my favorite deli in Lodi, Tin Roof. It's also delicious with chicken cacciatore, prime rib, grilled lamb ribs or a big juicy steak.
