About the wine
A delicious white blend full of New Zealand zest
- Spilling with citrus, pineapple and pear flavors, this crisp blend is a treat when served chilled on a hot day.
- This white is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris and a hint of Chardonnay, all harvested from New Zealand's North Canterbury region, where the grape clusters ripen slowly to preserve brightness and intensity.
- "Te Pae" means "gathering place" in Maori and that's exactly what this wine calls for - enjoy this fruit-forward blend with friends and family that make you feel right at home.

Food match
This wine is flexible enough to marry well with most pairing. I always tend to lean towards seafood. This would go really well with salmon - bbq'ed with a fresh salad. The acidity would really cut through the richness of the salmon - just divine :).

Meet the winemaker - Nicky Parish
- Meet Nicky and Peter... Nicky is the winemaker and Peter is the grower. They are father and daughter – and combined, they have over 50 years of experience in the wine industry.
- Making wine from the Waipara Valley, situated in North Canterbury on the South Island of NZ. Nicky's winemaking passions are crisp whites and Pinot Noir.
- For 10 years they grew grapes for the best producers in New Zealand (like Pegasus Bay), but a few years ago, they put their own name on the grapes when the vines hit their peak. Now Angels are helping Nicky and Peter continue their Dunnolly dream!
