About the wine

- Jose make this using grapes from his vineyards in the foothills of the Andes mountains, and uses only his most select grapes - which is big reason why this Carmenere tastes so fabulous.
- Deep, rich and full bodied it has an explosion of ripe black cherry fruit that is complimented by a lovely whack of black pepper.
- It's a rich wine, so it needs a rich dish. This and good old lasagna = orgasmic.
