About the wine
.
- In 1979, the then current vintage of Finisimo was given fifth place at the World Wine Olympics. The first four places went to the French. It's no wonder then, that the 2008 vintage is equally stunning - and all for just over a tenner if you're an Angel.
- Powerful, rich, pure cassis fruit vies with a smoky, oaky superstructure making it the vinous equivalent of a Hummer that's been designed and tuned by Ferrari.
- This wine loves beef. Try it with a Chilean favourite 'Lomo a lo pobre' (beef, fried onions and eggs).
