" Like my father before me I qualified in oenology at Bordeaux. I have been helping my father make wines since the age of 14 though so I think I had a head start!
My philosophy is first of all a very big respect of the terroir. Each wine must have its own character and its specificity.I am looking for matured grapes but not too much to preserve the aromas in order to elaborate rich and aromatic wines without defaults. You must capture what there is in that cru, its terroir, its expression, its faults and qualities, and then handle it delicately, to guide it to its most beautiful expression.
The M-Seduction range is for consumers demanding quality and seeking a famous appellation from Bordeaux at a competitive price. It is also for those who expect from a Bordeaux wine characteristics such as fruit, balance between structure and suppleness, elegance and consistency.
What I have learnt over the years is it is impossible to work with someone who doesn’t love wine or someone who drinks only sodas! My advise for any new winemakers just starting, I would have to say - 'be as you would like your wine be.'."
