Serving advice
An hour of decanting is preferable if you have the patience, or pour some into a glass and swirl it for a few minutes. Both work great.
Food match
Pasta with tomato-based sauce and some sausage would be a nice addition. I could easily go for roast pork loin or grilled hanger steak with this Cab. All good options.

In addition to his day job running a world-famous Napa winery, Ted Henry runs a small-production Cabernet house that focuses on his favorite parts of the valley: Stags Leap District and Coombsville.
