- After the success of my Pecorino, I thought that Falanghina would be the next obvious next step. It is another unsung Italian native grape that deserves more attention!
- Angels always get behind me and give me a lot of trust and support in all my new wines. The ability to communicate directly with the Angels has made a huge difference.
- My Falanghina is a deliciously dry white with delicate floral and fruity aromas. It’s bright and fresh with medium/low acidity which makes it easy to pair with a lot of Mediterranean food – a simple tomato spaghetti or grilled fish with parsley and lemon.

Meet the winemaker - Christian Patat
