Hi, I have been a wine drinker for some time now and over the years my tastes have changed quite a bit at the moment I am into Chardonnay that is fairly soft with a smokey oaked finish, any recomendations that are not too expensive?

I like smooth reds that are dry on the palate not too fruity, loved the Benjamin Darnault A.O.P. Languedoc organic 2010. any recomendations would be most welcome.

Have just posted a review on the Maurico Lorca Reserve Malbec. Quite superb. Normally I prefer Reds from Europe but am willing to broaden my horizons....so any recommendations would be appreciated.

I have also ordered my first case and included in this is the Klein Rieseling. Now, has anyone tasted this wine? Normally I associate Germany and wine with that dreadful export - hock - which we all tried when we were 18 (and possibly younger?) thinking we were sophisticated and discovering that it is vile. If they had dropped this instead of bombs I'm sure we would have all surrendered en masse! So the Klein is a bit of experiment......

in reply to temperature i am no expert but i look around 10-13 deg for celler and 18-20 deg for room temp. i also use a thermometer to gauge these temps. i hope this helps.
