Diego Fernandez Marselan 2017
About the wine
Valencia's Winemaker of the Year 2018 worked through the night to make this wine for Angels
Once upon a time, the dark fruit flavours of Cabernet Sauvignon met the soft but spicy ones of Grenache and, not long after, Marselan entered the world.
Diego went to outstanding lengths to ensure his first wine for you is a hit. From nurturing an organic vineyard, to only harvesting at night to preserve the yummy fruity aromas of the grapes.
Bright crimson in colour, it's packed with summer fruits and berries with a hint of spiciness - you can taste the TLC in every sip.
Best before
It will keep perfect for the following three years and then it will gradually loose brightness.
Serving advice
Some ten minutes before pouring will help expression.
Food match
A wine for a welcoming glass.
Battered cod, deep fried in olive oil is a fish dish with enough taste to match with a red like ours.
A tapas meal with Patatas Bravas, meat balls and roasted gammon is also a good match.
Paella is a Valencian dish so our Marselan is perfect for pairing with it!.
Contains sulphites
