Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Dario Di Vaira
Dario has been involved in winemaking since he was a tiny tot and couldn’t wait to follow in his father’s footsteps, which he did the second he graduated from university (in viticulture and oenology, of course).
He’s never happier than when he is out on the vineyards, and has a particular soft spot for Bordeaux styles like Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot as those are what he learnt to make wine with all those years ago. Ok, not so many years, he’s a youthful chap after all.
To Dario, every day is different and not once over the years has found himself twiddling his thumbs. He’s so excited to bring his wines to Angel’s and really hopes you enjoy them. We are pretty sure you will...
