Lovely wee Chablis, less minerality than more expensive types but very nice. Quite a hint of Burgundies from a little further south, may be due to warmer climate now in Chablis area. Had this with a true French evening of moules , langoustines and of course crusty baguette to soak up the buttery garlicky juices….. yum!!
