Tomas Buendia Verdejo 2015
About the wine
Great quality Verdejo from sustainably farmed vineyards
- This wine is produced from single parcels in Uclés, the northernmost part of central Castile. The high-altitude vineyards are sustainably farmed, with no use of pesticides and minimal treatments. The region’s continental climate with sunny days and cool nights allows me to achieve intense fruit, while retaining remarkable freshness.
- My commitment with our Angels is to produce the best possible wines for everyday drinking. With my wines I would like to bring Spanish culture closer to our angels, offering them honest wines that reflect their origin and are sustainable with the environment and thus beneficial for our health.
- My Verdejo is bright and lively, with fresh citrus flavours a round finish, and hints of white pepper that make this wine perfect to pair with summer dishes.
