About the beer
- When we asked Wild if they fancied making us something a bit special, Andrew (the founder) flew from Bristol to Norwich at the drop of a hat with a suitcase full of beer to sit down with Eamon and the beer tasting team to design a beer that would be perfect for Angel palates.
- The Wild Beer Co. are based in Somerset and were set up by Andrew and Brett after they tasted a sour Flanders Red ale and were determined to bring this incredibly unusual style back to the fore. They've made beer out of all kinds of things (seaweed, sea blackthorn, grape must and salt...) but this beer was developed to be a crowd pleasing gluggable delight, perfect for sharing.
- This beer is utterly perfect with food. Crack open this bad boy at your barbie and it's a guaranteed knockout.

Meet the beer maker - Wild Beer
- Wild beer are the undisputed kings of sour beer in the UK. Their experimental approach has lead them to make exceptional beers from hibiscus, pepper, preserved lemons, grape must - you name it!
- Brett and Andrew have a vast barrel cellar in which they mature their sour beers as well as steel tanks for maturing their hoppier creations.
- To get their beer beautifully clear without compromising the flavour they invested in a high-tech centrifuge - only the best will do for our Angels.
