375ml of stunningly sweet and concentrated Scheurebe & Riesling blend from specially selected grapes

    • Beerenauslese literally means 'select harvest of berries' and that's exactly what Gerd has done to create this 37.5cl bottle of unctuous sweet goodness!
    • The juicy Scheurebe and Riesling grapes are left on the vines to develop a gorgeously intense sweetness and concentration of flavour.
    • Just wonderful with a huge slice of lemon meringue pie and a generous serving of cream. Perfection.

Ageing advice
Drink now to 2032

Serving advice
Serve lightly chilled at 10-12°C

Local food match
In the Pfalz like Alsace we enjoy this kind of sweet wine with pâté as a starter or with some local cheeses at the end of a meal.
