My Rebel Pinot Gris is oh so very hard to resist now, but will develop into a fuller, richer wine over the next three years to 2024.
Serving advice
I recommend serving my 2021 Rebel Pinot Gris with a light chill (say 46-50°F) on a cooler evening, and straight out of the fridge or ice bucket (around 38-40°F) when the weather is warmer!
Food match
My Rebel Pinot Gris is a wonderful match to seafood, chicken and vegetarian cuisine. It is just delicious with a fish tacos, grilled chicken skewers with Malaysian satay sauce, or pumpkin and sage risotto.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
