Fines Roches Chateauneuf du Pape 2010
About the wine
A unique blend from premium Châteauneuf du Pape vines
- We started producing this wine in 2000, when my brother Gaelle and I came back to the estate to work with our father. Until then our father used to only produce one cuvée from the whole estate, but we have always had very old vines which produce fantastic grapes that we wanted to present to our customers by themselves.
- Châteauneuf du Pape has become more expensive in the last few years as the appellation has become more popular around the world. Thanks to Naked Wines I'm able to share these premium grapes with you at Angel prices - so you get to try them for a reasonable price.
- My Cuvee Fines Roches is an unusual blend of equal parts from three of the major grapes varieties in Châteauneuf du Pape. It's a deep ruby colour, with aromas of spices, red berries and a delicate note of vanilla.
