Domaine Pinchinat Cotes de Provence Organic Rose 2019
About the wine
A quintessential pale Provence rosé from pristine organic vineyards that are so beautiful they were once painted by Cézanne.
This soft, classic rosé was made in a winery owned by the same family for over 200 years. Skills and knowledge have been carefully passed down through generations, as to make this an unmistakably quintessential Côtes de Provence wine.
For over 25 years, the vineyards have been certified organic, rooted in rich soil at an elevation that allows the grapes to express their character fully. Grenache gives the rosé bags of soft, juicy strawberry flavour where the Syrah and Cinsault brings a lovely freshness and complexity.
Like an exotic fruit salad, this rosé exhibits melon, peach and apricot flavours that evoke a tropical island paradise. It finishes with a zippy mouth-watering acidity making it perfect served chilled on its own or paired with seafood dishes and light salads.

Meet the winemaker - Covid Support Fund
Among the (many) groups of people affected by your favourite restaurant or bar being closed are the small independent winemakers who supply them, and whose wine no longer has a home. It’s especially the small guys that have little-to-no hope of selling their wine any time soon...
With their markets in lockdown, orders have dried up completely. And with little government help available in lots of countries, many are in real danger of going bust.
We’re pledging to help the best of the independent winemakers who’ve been affected by this crisis. We’ve received over 200 applications so far. Some of the stories would be enough to bring you to tears. They have wine sitting in their winery, and this is their silver lining.
