Domaine Cristia Vacqueyras 2015
About the wine
Full-bodied beauty from the Rhone
- Domaine de Cristia is run by brother-sister combo Dominique and Baptiste who were dubbed the 'new superstars of Chateauneuf-du-Pape' by the Wine Advocate. We rather think so too.
- This Vacqueyras is classic Rhone - all bramble, blackcurrant and lashings of creamy oak. Delish. Make sure you decant and allow to breathe and it will show you it's true colours.
- Normally, you'd be paying at least another fiver for this, which would mean you might not consider it and therefore would be missing out on a heavenly match of this with a classic Sunday roast lamb.
