About the wine
.
- This is a half sized bottle of a wonderfully sticky dessert wine. It's made using the same technique and grapes as the famous (and very expensive!) Sauternes from Bordeaux.
- By buying the Aussie version without the famous name attached means you get lots more bang for your buck, which you'll appreciate as you move on to your second half bottle within half an hour (yes, it really is that easy to knock back).
- This sticky is crying out to be paired with a lovely sticky toffee pudding or a big, fat wedge of stilton.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Thomas Hordern
- Thomas may be young, but he is a rising star amongst Australia's winemakers. Having been born and raised in the wine industry there is nothing he doesn't know about getting the best out of grapes
- Thomas has access to some of the best grapes in New South Wales. As a result his wines are fruitier than Carmen Miranda's hat!
- Don't just take our word for it, read what one Angel said about his Reserve Merlot "Super, fruity quaffing wine. Just the job in front of a roaring fire" - John Wild
