About the wine
A unique Rosé of Pinot Noir and Tempranillo
- This Rosé races with dashes of bright flavors like strawberry, white peach and citrus – culminating in an oh-so refreshing finish.
Due to 2020 fires in Oregon, fruit for the 2021 vintage was in short supply. Angels saved the day by funding a new vineyard source for Chris – and helped a local grapegrower in the process.
This is an easy sipper that pairs wonderfully with casual dining – try spicy street tacos or beer can chicken!
Best before
This wine is ready to drink now. It will be a huge hit anytime but especially when it is warm outside. It will age for up to 4 years, but will be best within the first 2 years - not that it will last that long since it will be your favorite Rosé.
Serving advice
Enjoy it chilled on the back patio or with a meal, but give it time in your glass for the full flavor experience.
Food match
Food? Who needs food? Seriously though, Rosé is so versatile. It is great for sipping by itself or with almost any food. I recommend spicy street tacos, BBQ chicken and fresh fruit.
Contains sulphites
Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Chris Baker
Brace yourself for lavish, ripe wines from Willamette’s most treasured vineyards – made by the man who makes some of the country’s most expensive Pinot Noir!
With Angels' help, Chris is uncovering the ultra-posh wines from this 100-point region's sub-appellations – including Dundee Hills, Ribbon Ridge and Yamhill-Carlton.
He's a quiet, passionate guy that loves putting in 110% to make each vintage better than the last, but don't let the modesty fool you! You fund a world-class talent, and you're giving him the freedom to make Willamette shine.
