Our 05|09 IPA - Vienna 6.7% is a slight different take on an IPA. We use 95% Vienna barley malt that is kilned slightly longer to provide a bright red hue and a richer fuller bodied finish. We have further enhanced the malty red fruit character with a blend of Mosaic Citra Simcoe and Centennial hops from the US. Brewers Notes: Brewed With 5% Wheat Malt.
