About the wine
An intensly fruity Gewürztraminer, filled from root to grape with natural beauty
- Nestled between the banks of the Meduna and Tagliamento rivers in northern Italy, sits Nicola's vineyard. With some of the richest soil in the region it doesn't come as a shock that this Gewurztraminer is one of the freshest and most concentrated we've seen for quite some time.
- The exceptional natural surrounding of Nicola's vineyard means everything for the quality of his grapes - not only do the river banks provide lush minerality, but the Alps also play a major role in regulating the temperature of the vines. Perfect natural balance reigns supreme from the beginning of the process to its end.
- The result? A full bodied wine with an intense wheel of aromas - tropical fruits and roses are delicate on the nose, and bold on the palette. 10/10.

Meet the winemaker - Nicola Pittini
- Just like us, Nicola knows that small wineries are the jewel in the crown of the wine world. Having worked as an independent winemaker since 1992, he can attest that the mixture of precision, creativity, and hard work required from the little guy pays off in extra delicious wines that can't be paralleled.
- For Nicola, the aim of the game is to make wines that ring true to their landscape and region. With Angels behind him, he hopes to expand the reach of quality and experience only small wineries can provide.
- Precision is everything for Nicola, and he has his processes down to a science. Every sip has pure Italian style and charisma as a result - white wines with clean, crisp definition and reds that are smoother than smooth.
