Chablis superstar Benjamin Laroche is constantly scouting his region for extraordinary parcels of fruit to get his hands on. And from the small town of Chatillon, he bagged a next-level set of old vine grapes that he’s turned into a super-delicious wine just for you.
This special new Chablis is a level-up from your usual Chablis, it’s so crisp, clean and elegant. On the nose, you get aromas of fresh lemon, green apple, and delicate toasty and floral hints. It follows through well on the palate, with yummy butterscotch notes and an intense mineral finish.
A fine, elegant Chablis like this is a cheese-lovers’ dream. Picture yourself sipping on a glass, then gorging on crumbly aged cheddar or a nutty-sweet Comte. Mmm… it’ll make your mouth water.
